Serve as a key liaison between technology and business areas, driving process improvements through new solutions and technology alternatives.
The role involves recommending automated solutions for business problems, evaluating specifications for systems and procedures, and executing unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
Key responsibilities include:
* Evaluate business problems and identify opportunities for automated solutions
* Assist in identifying, evaluating, and developing specifications for systems and procedures that meet business requirements
* Execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing for systems that align with business needs
* Analyze business reporting, systems data, and relevant performance data to provide insights to business and IT leaders
Leadership and Expertise:
* Recognized as a subject matter expert in the sub-function, achieved through advanced education and work experience
* Manage large projects, processes, products, and systems with limited oversight from management
* Provide coaching, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals
* Address IT-related problems that are difficult and moderately complex
Qualifications:
* Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience
* Skills in communication and stakeholder management, data analytics and reporting, capacity management and prioritization, business acumen, and IT processes and systems
* Exceptional verbal, analytical, and written communication skills, comfortable speaking and writing to C-level and technical audiences
