Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Facebook Ads Specialist. The individual in this role will design, execute, and manage Facebook advertising campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and growth. Responsibilities include conducting audience research, implementing ad strategies, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing ads based on analytics. Collaboration with the marketing team to align advertising goals and creating reports on key metrics is also expected.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and knowledge of ad campaign setup, targeting, and execution
* Strong understanding of audience research, data analysis, and campaign optimization techniques
* Ability to create compelling ad copy and visuals in collaboration with design teams
* Experience in digital marketing and strategic ad placements, especially for e-commerce or service-based platforms
* Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms is a plus
* Prior experience with paid social advertising or related roles is preferred
