Job Overview
We're seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Developer to lead our web application development team.
* Drive architectural decisions and shape technical direction for scalable, high-quality web applications using TypeScript + Next.js
* Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ship meaningful features quickly
* Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of code excellence
* Develop integrations with cloud infrastructure, credit, income, and valuation vendors
* Optimize performance, scalability, and security across the stack
The ideal candidate has:
* 5+ years of experience building and scaling web applications
* Expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and React
* Strong experience with MongoDB, Redis, Docker
* Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers
* Excellent communication skills and thrives in remote work environments
Bonus: Experience with Zod, tRPC, Prisma, Jest/Playwright, BullMQ, and fintech/lending industries is a plus
