Key Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B key account professional to join our team.
About the role - key responsibilities:
* In charge of existing clients within the assigned territory
* Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities
* Acquisition of new key accounts within the assigned territory
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities
Requirements - ideal candidate profile:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders
* Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries
* Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models
* Project management skills
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus
