We're looking for an experienced performance marketer to lead our paid media efforts.
We are looking for someone who can provide strategic direction, identify opportunities, make decisions, and hold the team accountable for results.
This role sits above campaign execution. You'll be responsible for determining where budgets should be allocated, what funnels should be built, what landing pages need to be tested, and how we improve performance across the entire customer acquisition process.
What You'll Own
* Paid media strategy across all brands and campaigns
* Budget allocation and scaling decisions
* Funnel and landing page direction
* Audience targeting and segmentation
* Attribution and performance reporting
* KPI development and performance accountability
* Coordination between media buyers, designers, developers, and content teams
* Testing roadmap for ads, funnels, landing pages, and offers
What You'll Do
* Review campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
* Direct media buyers on where to focus spend and testing efforts
* Analyze funnels and identify conversion bottlenecks
* Request and prioritize new landing pages, offers, and creative assets
* Establish testing frameworks and performance benchmarks
* Monitor CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue performance
* Develop strategies for scaling successful campaigns
* Build reporting systems and performance dashboards
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years managing significant paid media budgets
* Experience across Meta, Google, Native, YouTube, and other acquisition channels
* Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and landing page strategy
* Ability to analyze data and make confident decisions
* Experience leading teams and directing execution
* Deep understanding of attribution, tracking, and funnel analytics
