About This Opportunity
We are looking for a talented and proactive Product Engineer to join our team, working with cutting-edge radio technologies. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and performance of our products during the production phase. You will actively participate in new product introduction (NPI) projects, perform fault analysis, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design and troubleshooting. This is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in radio engineering and contribute directly to improving our production flows and product quality.
What You Will Do
* Actively contribute to new product introduction projects and product verifications by ensuring quality and performance requirements are met;
* Support product design with performance analyses, investigations, and additional hardware testing;
* Conduct product functionality and failure analyses;
* Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions;
* Provide basic electronic troubleshooting support;
* Use statistical tools to identify and analyze critical faults;
* Develop and improve precise repair flows and troubleshooting instructions;
* Support electronics engineers and troubleshooters in reducing repair buffer;
* Develop and implement Claim/Repair flows during NPI and maintenance phases;
* Create and maintain technical documentation under the Product Engineering scope,
* Support on-site lab investigations and provide technical training to other departments.
What You Will Bring
* Strong understanding of electronic circuits and radio technology;
* Hands-on experience with RF instruments (oscilloscope, signal generator, network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, power meter, etc.);
* Previous experience in radio engineering, radio board troubleshooting, or RF product development;
* Programming skills, preferably in Python;
* Technical education background;
* University degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering;
* Polytechnic/College degree in Electronics or Mechatronics is a plus;
* Understanding of the product lifecycle from design to end of life;
* Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work in cross-functional teams;
* Willingness to take initiative and engage in technical discussions;
* High proficiency in English,
* Availability and authorization to live and work in Brazil, in São José dos Campos – São Paulo.
