What you’ll do: ● Observe local trends: Track how AI and imaging apps are used around you—what’s hot, what’s not. Run surveys, conduct interviews, and gather real data to give our global strategy a local voice. ● Analyze user behavior: Go deep into how your peers interact with visual tech. Spot pain points, map user journeys, and propose clear, actionable improvements—backed by data. ● Co-create user profiles: Help us build smarter user models. Use text mining or simple AI tools to analyze interviews, social comments, and feedback—turning raw input into refined insights. ● Deliver strategic insights: Transform your observations into sharp reports and presentations that can actually shape how we grow worldwide. We’re looking for someone who is: ● A data-savvy observer: Naturally curious about the “why” behind behaviors. You spot patterns in everyday life and can structure your findings clearly. ● A user-obsessed explorer: Always noticing how friends use apps—what works, what frustrates them, what they wish existed. ● A structured thinker: Able to take messy, real-world info and turn it into logical, compelling insights—not just data, but stories that drive decisions. Bonus if you have: ● Academic or project experience in economics, statistics, computer science, market research, psychology, or related fields. ● Lived overseas and have a genuine interest in regional youth culture and behavior (e.G., North America, Southeast Asia, Latin America). ● Led or contributed to user research, market analysis, or business case studies—and know how to systemize what you learn.
