Office Management Assist in managing the daily coordination of office cleaning to maintain a tidy and orderly working environment.Assist in submitting payment applications for office-related expenses and follow up on approval and payment progress.Handle sourcing, procurement, and payment process execution for office supplies, including IT-related equipment.Follow up on office repair and maintenance matters, coordinate with vendors, and supervise on-site repair progress and quality acceptance. 2.
Dormitory Management Coordinate employee dormitory cleaning appointments and allocate cleaning service resources to maintain a high living standard.Assist in submitting payment applications for dormitory-related expenses and follow up on approval and payment progress.Follow up on dormitory repair and maintenance issues, coordinate with vendors, and supervise on-site repair work to ensure quality.Record and track administrative expenses related to dormitories, ensuring proper procurement planning and budget control. 3.
Administrative Support Assist the domestic visa team in handling invitation letters, including notarization procedures and international courier dispatch.Regularly compile statistics on various administrative expenses to ensure procurement and budgeting are reasonable and timely.Support other daily administrative tasks assigned by management to enhance overall office efficiency and employee satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferably in Administration or related fields.Proficiency in Excel and Word.Advanced English.Strong skills in communication and organization.Proactive, detail-oriented, and patient, with the ability to handle temporary tasks and occasional overtime.Demonstrates high efficiency, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent execution skills, while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
