This person will research relevant AI topics, curate high-quality resources, design role-based learning pathways, and help spark meaningful community conversation. You'll work closely with product, strategy, and learning teams to ensure Evolve delivers timely, credible, and practical content that meets users where they are.This role is ideal for someone who loves research, learning design, and connecting ideas, especially in fast-moving spaces like AI.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Research & CurationResearch relevant AI topics across business, operations, product, marketing, CX, and other functional areas.Identify high-quality external resources including courses, articles, videos, case studies, tools, and thought leadership (e.g., Google, Deloitte, academic research, YouTube).Evaluate content for credibility, usefulness, and relevance to specific job roles and experience levels.Identify subject-matter experts and potential contributors to bring onto the Evolve platform.Create AI Learning PathwaysBuild structured AI learning pathways tailored to different job titles and skill levels (e.g., AI for SMB Owners, AI for Product Managers, AI for Operations).Combine curated resources into cohesive learning experiences with clear progression.Define learning goals and outcomes for each pathway to ensure practical, actionable takeaways.Community & Conversation EnablementCreate prompts and discussion posts that encourage thoughtful community engagement around curated content.Help foster meaningful conversations that surface insights, questions, and real-world applications of AI.Content Gap IdentificationIdentify gaps in Valere and Evolve's existing learning content.Recommend new content themes, original content ideas, or expert partnerships based on user needs and emerging trends.Collaborate with product and strategy teams to influence future content creation and platform direction.QualificationsMust HaveStrong research and synthesis skills—you know how to turn lots of information into clear, structured learning experiences.Interest in AI, emerging technology, and how it applies across business functions.Experience curating or creating educational content, learning programs, or knowledge resources (professional or academic).Clear written communication and the ability to explain complex topics simply.Comfort working in ambiguity and contributing in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, learning, and strategy teams.Nice to haveExperience with online learning platforms or community tools.Background in business, product, operations, marketing, or CX.Familiarity with AI tools and use cases.
