Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing company. The Group HR Director will be based at one of our offices in Norway.
Reach Subsea’s journey began by delivering subsea services mainly from Haugesund. Since then, we have expanded through acquisitions and international growth. Today, we are a global provider of full ocean services and high-quality data solutions, supporting the energy transition through innovative and sustainable operations.
The Group HR Director plays a key role in shaping a strong HR culture and developing solutions that align with Reach Subsea’s strategic objectives in the maritime industry. Leading a diverse and international HR team, you will serve as a trusted advisor on both strategic and operational HR matters, working closely with the CEO and executive management team.
In this role, your initial focus will be to support and accelerate our growth in global offshore operations by developing and implementing HR strategies, processes, and systems that support our international business. You will also lead the development and implementation of Reach Subsea’s employer branding strategy, strengthening our position as an attractive global employer.

Qualifications
BSc or higher graduation within HR, or an equivalent combination of extensive relevant experience/education.
Proven leadership experience in strategic HR management with international scope.
Skills
Experience with growing and scaling organizations.
Experience in project-driven, international subsea operations is preferable.
Strong ability to develop, implement, and evaluate HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Norwegian, written and spoken.
