About the Position
This role involves translating clients' business requirements into customized solutions using Workfront and Workfront Fusion. The ideal candidate will design, configure, and maintain optimized workflow solutions to achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement client Workfront instances, ensuring they meet business needs.
* Support integration needs for Workfront Fusion, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Develop and maintain knowledge of architecture requirements and sharing rules.
* Provide best practices in Workfront development to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables.
* Maintain and enhance existing Workfront instances, including updates, user management, and new feature rollouts.
* Develop custom reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows to meet user needs.
* Participate in requirement discussions to gain insights from customer needs.
* Document and communicate the architecture strategy, collaborating with project managers to establish implementation timelines.
* Collaborate with delivery teams regarding product definition, schedule, scope, and project-related decisions.
* Design, develop, deliver, and maintain features and applications of Workfront that meet client expectations.
* Ensure solutions are Secure, Measurable, Usable, Reliable, Flexible, and Scalable.
* Contribute to Agile/Scrum teams, planning sprints, expanding stories into tasks, and executing at top velocity.
* Stay current on Workfront platform updates and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience working in project management systems design, implementation, and support.
