* Navigate the Digistore24 platform to assist accounts with feature introduction, issue resolution, and concern addressing
* Foster continued business through relationship nurturing and value provision
* Communicate effectively with accounts via chat or video calls to address issues and ensure follow-up until resolution
* Work independently to meet account satisfaction while collaborating with team members as needed
* Track daily tasks and report weekly performance according to assigned KPIs
* Pursue ongoing education for industry knowledge and platform features
