About the Role
* This is a hands-on position best suited for recent graduates or early-career designers who are ready to dive into real product work.
As a UI/UX Designer, you'll collaborate directly with senior leaders to launch features that matter. You'll have the opportunity to design and iterate on user interfaces for our products, create wireframes, mockups, and polished UIs in Figma, and work closely with product and engineering teams to bring features to life.

The Ideal Candidate
* You've already graduated and have some experience (freelance, bootcamp, agency, or startup)
* You're eager to grow, open to feedback, and excited to work with senior leaders
* You have a portfolio that shows solid design thinking
* You're comfortable with Figma or can learn it quickly
* You want to work in a collaborative, remote-first team that values simplicity, autonomy, and great design
Requirements
* Be proficient in English - accents are welcome, but strong communication is essential
* Know how to use Figma confidently
* Have some hands-on experience with UI/UX (freelance, bootcamp, projects) and a solid grasp of design fundamentals
* Be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
* Be coachable - open to feedback and eager to improve
* Be proactive, accountable, and self-disciplined in your work
