Execution & Continuous Improvement: Lead end-to-end implementation of performance plans: plan communication, progress tracking, settlement calculations, and result reviews. Collaborate with sales teams to evaluate execution effectiveness, identify gaps, and iteratively refine sales strategies to ensure solution viability. System & Process Optimization: Optimize performance management systems and processes, and partner with the product team to build tools that enhance efficiency. What We Need From You experience in business analysis or data analysis is preferred, with experience in performance evaluation, target design, or sales strategy preferred. High business sensitivity, proficient in using SQL, Excel, skilled at identifying problems from data and proposing solutions. Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively coordinate resources across departments. Strong work planning skills, meticulous, and highly responsible for deliverables.
