Hiring an Email Marketing Account Manager on behalf of a US-based email marketing agency working with fast-growing DTC/eCommerce brands .
This is not a task-execution role. We're looking for someone strategic who can manage multiple client relationships, analyze campaign performance, and guide email marketing strategy.
You'll work closely with the founder and collaborate with a creative and fulfillment team responsible for campaign execution.
What You'll Do:
Client Management
o Own communication with assigned client accounts
o Act as the main bridge between clients and the internal team
o Manage expectations and coordinate requests internally
Email Marketing Strategy
o Develop and oversee email marketing strategies for DTC brands
o Guide campaign direction and content planning
o Ensure campaigns align with broader marketing strategy
Performance & Data Analysis
o Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities
o Use tools like Klaviyo to evaluate results
o Provide recommendations based on performance data
Account Oversight
o Manage ~13 client accounts
o Coordinate internally to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly
Requirements:
Experience working with DTC eCommerce brands
Strong understanding of email marketing performance
Experience with Klaviyo
Comfortable managing multiple client relationships
Strategic mindset with strong communication skills
Working Structure:
• 20 hours per week
• Core hours: 11 AM – 3 PM EST
• Some flexibility to respond to clients when needed
This role reports directly to the Founder and has the potential to grow into a full-time position (40h/week) as the business scales.
