SERVICE TEAM COORDINATOR VACANCY
This position is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing expert service delivery and ensuring efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of skilled service technicians to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
* Supervise complex service tasks and projects, maintaining adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
* Act as a liaison between the service team and management, providing regular updates and reports.
* Ensure seamless collaboration with the HSE department to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Advanced English proficiency for effective communication.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with experience in a similar position.
* Expertise in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and proficiency in reading mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagrams.
* Knowledge of industrial network protocols and field signals (4-20mA, 0-10V, Hart, relay outputs, PT-100).
* Familiarity with SCADA systems, Electric Motors, Heat Exchangers, Hydraulic Cylinders, Safety Valves, Load Cell Functionality/Calibration, Pressure and Temperature Sensor Functionality/Calibration, Piston Pumps with Fixed and Variable Displacement, Hydraulic Motors with Fixed or Variable Displacement, and Electric Motors.
* Understanding of Siemens PLCs (S7-300/S7-1500) and industrial network protocols.
