We are seeking a skilled Strategic Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing campaigns across Google Ads and YouTube.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience running paid Google and/or YouTube campaigns, with a proven track record of scaling performance and managing large budgets.

You will be responsible for campaign strategy, performance optimization, and budget management, ensuring efficient allocation across campaigns and maintaining strong performance metrics.

A deep understanding of the Google Ads platform, YouTube Ads, and audience segmentation is essential, as well as strong data literacy and ability to interpret performance metrics to drive decision-making.

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Own the full lifecycle of Google and YouTube ad campaigns, from planning and launch to optimization and scaling.
">
2. Budget Management & Channel Scaling: Manage and optimize Google ad spend, scale winners, and pull back on underperformers with confidence and speed.
">
3. Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign data daily to identify trends, diagnose performance issues, and uncover opportunities.
">
4. Creative & Funnel Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to ensure video scripts and visuals are optimized for YouTube's first 5 seconds and beyond.

5. Industry Knowledge: Stay current on platform updates, policy changes, and new ad formats for Google and YouTube.

Requirements:
">
6. 5+ years running paid Google and/or YouTube campaigns
">
7. Proven experience managing a minimum of $1 million dollars of ad spend in Google and YouTube
">
8. Proven experience growing ad spend
">
9. Proven track record of scaling performance with ROAS and CAC accountability
">
10. Deep understanding of Google Ads platform, YouTube Ads, and audience segmentation
">
11. Strong data literacy and ability to interpret performance metrics to drive decision-making
">
12. Experience with attribution models and tracking setups (GA4, UTMs, etc.)
">
13. Comfortable writing or editing ad copy for performance, not just branding
">
14. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
">
15. Experience using tools like Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.
">
16. Familiarity with AI tools to streamline analysis or creative ideation is a plus
">
