Visual Creative Strategist Role
We're seeking a skilled Visual Creative Strategist to drive growth through emotion-led ad creative. Our best ads spark nostalgia and feeling—the message lives in the visuals, pacing, and music, not long copy.
1. To succeed, you'll need to turn insights into scroll-stopping hooks and storyboards; pick music, pacing, and shot lists that carry the message.
2. You'll build concise briefs for editors and UGC creators; source and manage creators.
3. As a strategist, you'll guide editing (cuts, rhythm, captions/overlays when needed) to maximize thumb-stop, CTR, and CVR.
4. Leveraging your expertise, you'll launch rapid tests; read performance (nCAC, CTR, hold rate, ROAS) and iterate fast.
5. Finally, you'll repurpose winners into statics.
This role requires ownership of visual creative strategy from concept → brief → edit → test → scale. You'll collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers on weekly sprints. To stay ahead, maintain a swipe file of winning references and trend formats. Coordinate whitelisting/influencer assets as needed.
