The Account Executive is a critical member of our sales team, responsible for driving business into the hotel and increasing market/customer share in all revenue streams.
This role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and strong grooming standards to ensure a professional image at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Market Analysis: Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads and opportunities for growth.
 * Customer Development: Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular travel within the local area to drive business into the specific hotel.
 * Negotiations: Negotiate room rates with corporate clients to secure bookings and increase revenue.
 * Contract Management: Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions.
 * Business Strategies: Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities for growth and development.
 * Team Collaboration: Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.
 * Sales Events: Attend Sales events as required to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
 * Reporting: Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management.
 * Customer Service: Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner, providing excellent service at all times.
