We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Web3 Business Development Manager to join our remote team and drive growth in Brazil and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships within the Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency space.
* Drive business development initiatives across DeFi, NFT, tokenized assets, and other emerging Web3 markets.
* Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities, competitor analysis, and growth strategies.
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align go-to-market strategies with company objectives.
* Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and partnership agreements to maximize business impact.
* Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders on growth initiatives and market trends.
Requirements
* Proven experience in Web3 business development, blockchain partnerships, or cryptocurrency markets.
* Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, tokenomics, and digital asset ecosystems.
* Demonstrated ability to identify and close strategic business opportunities.
* Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. Portuguese is a plus.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working remotely in a fast-paced, global environment.
* Strong network in the blockchain/Web3 community is highly desirable.
