Main Responsibilities
* Execute timely and accurate wave-related activities, including pre-release prep, release, hourly tracking, and post-wave analysis to maintain operational rhythm and performance visibility.
* Develop, revise, and validate labour plans using real-time data and forecast inputs. Optimize capacity across shifts and contribute to weekly and monthly accuracy reporting.
* Engage with warehouse operations to validate plans, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve accuracy, flow, and team effectiveness.
* Maintain clean system inputs and deliver timely reports. Execute administrative tasks with consistency to support planning workflows and decision-making.
