Role Definition: This role, reporting to I&I Director, will be responsible for managing the whole Brand/Dermatology Portfolio & Pipeline to guarantee patient treatment at the right time, at the right place. This task includes own brand strategies; collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to tailor tactics for the market, identifying opportunities to accelerate treatment access to patient. This Lead is responsible to manage Commercial SME team, and also ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance to the company policies and SOPs, values, and global guidelines, as appropriate:Responsabilities: Tailor regional/global brand strategies to local market needs and define local priorities for business. Define tactical implementation plan to prepare for execution and tailors as appropriate for different market segments, leveraging best practices.: - Allocate and execute country brand budget, partnering with local stakeholders for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project).: - Develop the country OP for the portfolio, tracking performance and adjusting plans accordingly.: - Consider commercial performance insights, opportunities and risks assessment in line with market evolution.: - Complete long-range forecasting, influencing sales targets and brand investments allocations.: - Provide cross-functional portfolio leadership - including SMEs, KAM, Medical, Mkt Access and policy, C.Affair, Legal, Regulatory, etc ;: - Support the development of brand plans, manage adequately local cross functional strategies based on competitive insights with relevant cross functional teams.: - Lead SMEs and supports capability building through insights, coaching and training: - Develop digital business meetings strategy, validate brand-specific messages, design training, develop awareness campaigns, congresses content (w/ KOLs) in partnership with Medical.: - Partner with Medical to educate KOLs on medical research and differentiated product attributes.: - Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders such as KOLs and policy makers.: - Embraces Data and Technology to develop strategies of brand plans, engage HCPs and generate insights to integrate patients’ perspective/needs.:Skills Needed: Deep knowledge of Marketing 4.0 - Digital skills: Proven ability to use IT tools and interface effectively with a variety of technical platforms: Strong personal integrity, and customer focus:.
