We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our growing DevOps team in Brazil. You'll work closely with international engineering teams, helping to design, automate, and operate reliable, secure, and scalable systems in a production-critical environment.
This is a hands-on role with end-to-end ownership, exposure to modern DevOps tooling, and opportunities to mentor junior engineers while contributing to platform stability and continuous improvement.
Your role and responsabilities:
* Design, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
* Manage and support deployments across:
* OpenShift / Kubernetes
* AWS
* Bare-metal infrastructure (low-latency systems)
* Automate infrastructure and application configuration using Ansible
* Support and troubleshoot Unix/Linux systems, with integration into Windows environments
* Implement monitoring and observability using:
* Dynatrace (system monitoring and alerting)
* ELK Stack (centralized logging)
* Collaborate with engineering teams using GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
* Participate in release activities, including:
* Planned deployments
* Post-release verification
* Incident investigation and root cause analysis
* Join a rotational weekend release schedule (approx. 1 weekend in every 5)
* Mentor and support the development of junior DevOps engineers
* Leverage AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Rovo, Devin) to improve delivery and operational efficiency
* Continuously improve documentation, standards, and DevOps best practices
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Advanced English
* Strong Unix/Linux administration experience
* Ansible: solid experience writing and maintaining playbooks and roles
* Git: confident using collaborative workflows
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions)
* Experience running workloads on Kubernetes / OpenShift
* Scripting or coding skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
* Experience supporting production systems

* AWS experience
* Exposure to bare-metal infrastructure
* ELK Stack administration
* Dynatrace configuration and dashboarding
* Windows Server administration
* Experience in banking, finance, or FX
* Exposure to regulated environments
* Experience working in Kanban teams
