what we expect.What we expectDefine and drive the end-to-end digital experience strategy, ensuring seamless interaction between IoT-driven service tools and users (technicians, service managers, passengers and customers).
Build, mentor, and lead a team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and service designers to create best-in-class digital solutions.Partner with product owners, engineers, and data teams to ensure design informs product strategy and execution.Lead cross-functional workshops and co-creation initiatives with stakeholders to align business and user needs.Establish and scale a design system that ensures consistency across all digital touchpoints.Advocate for human-centered design-led innovation at the leadership level, ensuring design is a core driver of TK Elevator's transformation.Drive the integration of design thinking into the product development process across teams.Lead by example to guide the UI/UX team through your way of working and by showing applied best practice.Who we are looking forMaster degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
