Here below your responsibilities:Review and comment on the technical documentation received along with the Purchase Requisition;Develop a purchasing strategy, including a Bidder List, and submit it for internal approval;Issue RFQs based on the purchasing strategy approved by the PPRM (Project Procurement Manager);Act as an interface during the bidding process to receive technical/commercial offers, with an obligation to maintain confidentiality regarding related information;Participate in and coordinate technical/commercial clarification meetings with local and international suppliers;Prepare the commercial/economic evaluation of the bid to compare different proposals and suggest actions to be taken, in order to corroborate the closing of the bid and selection of the winning supplier;Lead the commercial/economic negotiations as well as the contract analysis;Prepare the purchase order based on the standard General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Special Conditions of Purchase for the Project, managing possible deviations;Prepare the memorandum for the entire bidding process and submit it to the PPRM (Project Procurement Manager) and the responsible management in accordance with the POA;Complete the bidding process and implement clear communication with suppliers involved in the process;Monitor and negotiate VOR (Vendor of Record);Perform assigned activities in accordance with the procedures and systems and tools provided (SAP/Ariba);Maintain the organization of folders in the Project and Procurement Folders, preparing them for regular archiving in the Digital Archive System;What are we looking for?Education:Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Relations, Engineering or related courses;ExperienceExperience in EPC companies specializing in SURF and Shallow Water projects will be a plus;Ability to work with multiple culturesLanguages:Advanced English (will be tested)Technical SkillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel), SAP MM module, and Ariba System will be a plus;What Can We Offer To YouPermanent ContractCorporate Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, meal and food vouchers, transportation allowance, life insurance, private pension plans, access to wellness platforms, childcare assistance, educational incentives, annual profit sharing.Hybrid working model: Smart Working options and flexible hours to help you achieve a better work-life balance (only for onshore positions).Our One Saipem Way soft skills model leverages on skills development, career growth, opportunities to innovate through complex challenges by promoting communication and collaboration to achieve common goals.Location: Centro - RJ.Additional InformationWe embrace diversity At Saipem, we believe that innovation thrives through diversity.
