What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee facility and asset condition assessments, developing and implementing standardized inspection protocols
Collaborate with Facility Managers and stakeholders to ensure consistent application of assessment criteria
Analyze inspection findings to prepare detailed condition reports and executive summaries
Support capital planning by prioritizing maintenance and improvement projects based on assessments
Implement and optimize inspection software platforms and methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in building inspections, facilities management, project management, or construction
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Corrigo, MCIM, and executive presentations
Technical expertise in building systems and project management abilities
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
Attention to detail for accurate condition assessments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
A bachelor s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Facilities Management, or a related field
