Business Systems Analyst
We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our business objectives by analyzing and improving our business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gathering and Documenting Business Requirements: You will engage with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
* Business Process Analysis: You will map, analyze, and optimize business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement using Salesforce functionalities.
* Solution Design & Configuration: You will collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: You will prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends.
* Testing & Training: You will conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare training materials, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: You will communicate clearly with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.
* Continuous Improvement: You will gather feedback post-implementation, monitor solution performance, and iterate on Salesforce configurations for ongoing optimization.
Requirements:
* In-depth Knowledge: You should have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order, and Contract Management Testing (UAT).
* Business Case Writing: You should be able to write business cases, wireframe, and create flow diagrams.
* Salesforce Configuration: You should have experience in Salesforce configuration and administration.
* Programming Skills: Basic programming/scripting skills in Apex and SOQL are advantageous.
Soft Skills:
* Analytical Thinking: You should have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Communication Skills: You should have effective oral and written communication skills.
