* Maintain and refine our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure high-quality, relevant content.
* Embody an agile mindset to produce iterative content that meets evolving business needs.
Key Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience driving talent development initiatives in high-growth environments.
* Familiarity with LMS systems like Docebo and instructional design tools like Articulate.
* Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills.
* Able to analyze training metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
