Financial Modeling Specialist
Ignatious is seeking a highly skilled Financial Modeling Specialist to join its global junior execution team.
In this role, you will work directly with senior partners and clients to provide financial analysis and modeling support for high-profile M&A and private capital raise transactions. You will be responsible for developing strategic recommendations and supporting deal execution processes.
* Develop advanced financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) to assess various capital structures and valuation scenarios;
