We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Manager, Growth to join our team in São Paulo.
This role will play a vital part in developing new business opportunities and promoting the power of our platform to small- and medium-sized businesses, agencies, publishers, and affiliates.
 * Revenue Generation: Develop and scale a pipeline of successful advertiser accounts to drive revenue growth.
 * Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with prospective clients through phone, email, social media, in-person meetings, and professional networking events.
 * Internal Advocacy: Act as an internal advocate for clients, ensuring outstanding service and delivering value.
 * Strategic Learning: Learn and promote successful advertising strategies across industries and types of businesses.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
 * Sales Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales or sales development.
 * Prioritization: Passion for advertising, media, and technology.
 * Communication Skills: Ability to present ideas/concepts to clients and effectively demonstrate value proposition.
 * Technical Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce (or another CRM system) and related productivity tools.
