Job Title: Scrum Master - Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

Duration: 10–11 months Location:: LATAM or Europe – Remote




Role Overview:



We are seeking an experienced and skilled Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) teams. This role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality, predictable delivery across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives.



The ideal candidate has strong eCommerce domain expertise, can effectively coach cross-functional teams, and ensures alignment with organizational governance, security, compliance standards.




Required Experience & Skills:



* 8+ years in Agile delivery

* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams

* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms

* Proven ability to improve velocity predictability, reduce defect leakage, manage dependencies
