We are currently expanding our design department to work closely with our established engineering team.
The Role
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who specializes in e-commerce. This role involves designing end-to-end shopping experiences that are both visually compelling and technically viable. You will be responsible for translating brand requirements into functional interfaces, ensuring that every design decision supports the broader goal of driving conversions and enhancing user experience.
Key Responsibilities
* E-Commerce Design: Develop comprehensive UI/UX solutions for product pages, checkout flows, and landing pages tailored for Shopify-based brands.
* Technical Collaboration: Partner with the engineering team throughout the project lifecycle to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
* Trend Analysis: Stay current with evolving e-commerce trends and UX best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
* Prototyping & Handoff: Manage the transition from design to development, providing clear documentation and interactive prototypes.

Required Qualifications
* E-Commerce Experience: A portfolio demonstrating previous work on websites that sell products, with a clear understanding of retail-specific UX.
* Figma Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Figma is mandatory, including the use of components, auto-layout, and prototyping tools.
* Bi-Lingual - Spanish and English
* Technical Literacy: Familiarity with the product and engineering lifecycle; you should understand how design decisions impact front-end development.
* U.S. Timezone Alignment: Ability to work standard U.S. business hours to facilitate real-time collaboration with the team and clients.
