You’ll turn customer insights, performance data, and market awareness into high-converting creative angles, scripts, and messaging systems that scale.ResponsibilitiesCreative StrategyContribute to the development of creative strategy for paid social, grounded in direct-response principlesTranslate performance data, customer research, and competitive insights into effective copy frameworks and anglesSupport the creation of ad concepts and scalable creative approachesParticipate in brainstorming and help shape a testing roadmap of angles, messages, and formats based on clear hypothesesHelp maintain creative standards to ensure consistent brand voice and persuasive quality across ads, landing pages, and funnelsPerformance & Media Buying IntegrationUse platform learnings and audience behavior to shape creative testing and copy direction.Build feedback loops so creative evolves weekly based on performance data across adsAI & Creative InnovationExperience leveraging AI tools to accelerate creative research and performance testing.Proven ability to prepare structured briefs and prompts for AI-generated ad creatives (scripts, hooks, visuals, UGC-style ads).QualificationsExperience in creative strategy, performance creative, or e-commerce marketing.Hands-on experience with direct-response copywritingDirect experience with women’s wellness, supplements, or health-related products strongly preferred.Proven ability to prepare structured briefs/prompts for AI-generated ad creatives (e.G., scripts, hooks, visuals, UGC-style ads).Strong portfolio of paid social creative with proven ROI.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Working hours6am - 2pm EST (Monday - Friday)Fully-remoteCompensation$3,500 to $5,000/monthIf you think you might be a good fit, please apply.
