Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
* Source and identify qualified candidates using various platforms ( Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, databases, etc.).
* Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit.
* Develop and implement aggressive hiring strategies to meet the company’s rapid growth needs.
* Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Promote the company’s culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.
* Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide regular updates to the Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager and other stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
* Experience in sourcing, recruiting or headhunting, preferably within the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 industry.
* Strong sourcing and networking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and startup environment.
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Teamtailor) and recruitment software ( Recruiter).
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential
