We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will play a crucial role in executing and driving our communication, education, and inspiration strategies.

Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging content that connects with our audience and aligns with our brand. This will involve planning and creating social media content, video editing for our YouTube channel, overseeing or executing short-form video edits, writing and repurposing blog posts, newsletters, and case studies, monitoring content performance, and making data-driven improvements.

You will also be responsible for running paid media campaigns to boost high-performing content, coordinating our content calendar across formats and channels, and working with internal stakeholders to extract insights and stories.

This is a demanding collaboration that requires significant time availability, commitment, and focus. The scope and pace of this role require you to have enough available capacity to fully support our needs throughout the week.

Key responsibilities include:

* Planning and creating engaging social media content (image and video format, mostly LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube).
* Video editing for our YouTube channel.
* Overseeing or executing short-form video edits.
* Writing and repurposing blog posts, newsletters, and case studies.
* Making recommendations based on content performance analysis.
* Running paid media campaigns to boost high-performing content.
* Coordinating our content calendar across formats and channels.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in content marketing (ideally B2B or tech/consulting).
* Strong writing skills in English (Portuguese is a bonus).
* Solid knowledge of social media best practices (LinkedIn and Instagram are key).
* Basic video editing skills (CapCut - we don't expect cinema-quality work).
* Experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
* Curious about AI and excited to explore its business applications.
* Detailed-oriented, accountable, communicative, curious, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple content types.

Bonus points if you have experience with tools like Figma, Capcut, etc., familiarity with SEO, YouTube growth, previous experience in tech agencies, or experience creating founder-focused content or helping turn experts into content creators.
