This integrated network serves multi-channels like B2B, B2C, B2B2C, e-commerce, direct-to-store, dropship, returns, and more, leveraging asset-based, asset-light, and non-asset models.SummaryThe Pricing Manager helps to support driving the pricing strategy, revenue growth, and profitability across the Maersk Ground Freight (MGF) business.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with a highly analytical pricing and profitability team to drive financial recovery.Set the MGF pricing strategies in partnership with various cross-functional leaders.Partner closely with commercial groups to develop sales and revenue growth plans.Partner in the development of customer solutions, through pricing, and monitor profitability.Responsible for profitability and related audit functions.Build pricing strategies, revenue growth strategies and work on net revenue forecasting.Review MGF profitability and audits.Required Qualifications, Experience, & SkillsBA or BS (MBA a plus) with a minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience with logistics, transportation or similar industryTeam-oriented and passionate about proactive collaboration with global colleagues across multiple functions and culturesHighly motivated and self-drivenExcellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, WordHave deep understanding of financial modeling techniques and metrics, such as ROI calculations, internal rate of return, NPV and payback periods.Comfortable navigating dynamic matrix organizationsTo succeed in our team, you need to have a self-starter attitude and a growth mindset, constantly developing your talents through on the job experiences, knowledge sharing with colleagues and trying new things.Travel is expected for 10% of time.
