Key Accountabilities: - Designing, Reviewing, implementing, and supporting IT platform solutions along with other peers to support HR, Legal and Physical Security business areas. - Designing, reviewing, and implementing integrations between systems. - Ensuring that technical resources are designed, developed, and deployed in a scalable and secure manner, while also ensuring that they meet the business requirements and align with the overall technology strategy. - Drive technology advisory at scale for capability area and Kimberly Clark - Partnering with other solution architects and Enterprise Architects on the technology roadmap execution. - Maintains in-depth understanding of technical landscape for capability area. - Technically overseeing and maintain the Legal and Physical Security systems, getting familiar the main systems. - Work closely to the Legal/Physical Security Product Owners and Business Partners. - Working with developers to help drive their implementations for within the specified business process areas. - Stablish an internal networking and partnership with other IT areas, especially Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security and Data Science teams. - Working with 3rd part vendors on new deployments, troubleshooting on existent tools, RFPs and benchmarking. - Join the weekly Change Advisory Board meetings to advise on the HR/Legal changes. - Join various internal technology forums to stay up to date with initiatives and assess possible impacts/solutions for business area. - Staying up to date with the latest trends and relevant technologies, providing guidance on how they can be leveraged to improve the overall IT and business strategy. - Providing guidance and leadership to more junior resources on best practices, knowledge transfer and work direction. - Effectively communicating with peers and leaders to ensure that technical resources are meeting business requirements and aligning with the overall technology strategy. Key Qualifications and Experiences: Mandatory: - Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience in the field - 3 years of strong hands-on experience in software architecture and design as a Solution Architect or equivalent. - Familiarity with programming logic and a good understanding of various ways of integrating data between systems. - Webservice and API experience and understanding of tools such as Postman, Oxygen to quickly test an API. - Experience of building diagrams to document systems’ architecture - SQL - Good SQL Server concepts and programming abilities. - Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts such as OAuth, X509 certificates, SSH, PGP encryption, SAML 2.0, etc. - Good analytical skills for trouble shooting issues. - Fluent English - comfortable to join and speak in conference calls and presentations. - Strong ability to communicate relevant information clearly and concisely. - Collaborative working style with a strong focus on disciplined execution and results Desejab
