Job Summary
The Manager, Corporate Development role involves providing strategic services to companies within a group of organizations.
Location: Brazil
This position requires building and maintaining strong business relationships that lead to acquisition opportunities. These relationships will be formed with industry professionals, decision makers, and advisors.
Success in this role is defined by developing and managing an M&A pipeline through Salesforce CRM and creating market maps to build relationships in assigned software industry verticals.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop an M&A pipeline and manage it efficiently.
* Meet and exceed monthly M&A targets, such as meaningful contacts and other measurable KPIs.
* Work autonomously and collaboratively with leadership to qualify M&A opportunities.
* Ensure accurate allocation of the lead database within portfolio verticals.
* Effectively qualify opportunities at the top-end of the acquisition funnel to maintain focus for business units.
