We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team in Brazil. This senior-level role involves serving as a liaison between clients and Randstad, requiring exceptional stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing positions. Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the primary point of contact between clients and Randstad, ensuring high-quality recruitment services delivery.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Overseeing the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
* Analyzing operational data and identifying trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
* Influencing and guiding the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Required qualifications include:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, particularly in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, enabling engagement with senior leadership and clients.
* Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is an asset).
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a professional presence.
* Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
* Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
