Job Description
The role of a Product Designer Business Analyst involves partnering with stakeholders and architects to deliver value-added features for sales, marketing, and billing teams.
Key responsibilities include assessing business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds. Additionally, the individual will facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders, document detailed functional design specifications, and lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams.

* Lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles.
* Support QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage.
* Present live product demonstrations and prepare release notes for end users.
* Assist with sprint planning, stakeholder communications, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
* Contribute to change management through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
