Job Title: AI Engineer
Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for search across large-scale medical and scientific documents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and refine RAG models to enhance search capabilities
* Process and embed a vast array of documents
* Improve semantic chunking techniques
* Tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for textual RAG applications
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Search Engineer or AI Engineer
* Proficiency in Search Technology, including OpenSearch
* Advanced Python development skills
* Familiarity with LangChain and AWS infrastructure
Working Arrangements: Regular working hours from 10AM - 6PM BRT (9AM-5PM EST)
Contract Type: Contracted role only
Benefits: Paid on a monthly basis, no overtime payments required
Commencement Date: Within two to three weeks
