* Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, with experience in Procreate or other illustration software
* Prioritization of original work - AI-generated, flat PSDs, or poorly layered files are not accepted
* Established professional experience with client work, agency projects, or published illustrations
* Ability to organize files with named and grouped layers for production use
* Effective communication in a remote setting
