We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of enterprise-grade data integration and analytics solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Oracle performance tuning, including query optimization, execution plans, indexes, partitioning, and parallelism.
Additionally, the candidate should have hands-on experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, as well as expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
A successful applicant will also possess experience in data warehouse design, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling, with proven leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-performance, scalable data solutions using AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, and DMS.
Key Responsibilities
· Optimize query and database performance to meet strict SLAs (<2 seconds).
* Partner with DBAs to validate and implement tuning recommendations.
* Oversee ETL/ELT workflows, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and data quality.
* Leverage AWS services for ingestion, transformation, and storage.
* Lead and mentor the team, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
· 7+ years of experience in data engineering within enterprise-scale environments.
* Expertise in Oracle performance tuning, including query optimization, execution plans, indexes, partitioning, and parallelism.
* Hands-on experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
* Expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
* Experience in data warehouse design, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
* Proven leadership experience, including team mentoring and technical guidance.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with DBAs, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
