Responsibilities and duties
1. Responding to calls through the internal ticketing platform;
2. Handling internal communication regarding receipt or dispatch of invoices from suppliers and related information;
3. Organizing files on the company's network;
4. Supporting accounting with necessary documents and information;
5. Verifying, sorting, and distributing benefit cards;
6. Assisting analysts with simple routine activities in the sector.
