Key Account Manager
The ideal candidate will have a background in the travel industry and experience in developing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
About the Role - Key Responsibilities:
* Manage existing clients across various channels, including API wholesale, retail offline, and web shopping accounts.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth, foster account development, and identify new business opportunities.
* Acquire new key accounts within assigned territories through effective relationship building and negotiation.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide client feedback and contribute to the development of new products and services.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Requirements - Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills to maintain successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel and hospitality industries.
* Commercial acumen in B2B and emerging business segments.
* Effective project management skills.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required; Spanish is a plus.
