Job Title
As a Workforce Delivery Specialist, you will play a critical role in facilitating the requisition life cycle with client hiring managers and suppliers. Your primary responsibility will be to train, assist, and facilitate the requisition life cycle from posting through fulfillment.
You will work closely with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal program teams to ensure program success. A strong focus on delivering high-quality service is essential in this role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with Beeline are necessary for this position. Additionally, bilingual competency across English and Portuguese is required.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conduct intake calls to qualify candidate resumes
* Manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal program teams
* Support large-scale hiring initiatives, VMS data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* 3–5 years of experience in MSP operations, contingent workforce management, or related field
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Proven success in a client-facing, fast-paced environment
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines
