Role Overview
* A Business Technical Services Analyst will establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate client requirements and guide them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Participate in converting client requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally.
* Maintain knowledge of critical business impact issues from the Service Desk.
* Assist with document maintenance and system environment records for clients.
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams.
* Execute simple project/development work plans and revise them as needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English language skills.
