Your role will be to manage our Social Media accounts, engage with the tech and startup community, and drive social selling efforts. You will be responsible for creating a strategic plan to grow our client base, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

* Generate own leads
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or similar environment
* Strong network in the HR/Recruiting Industry
* Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written)
* Proactive, solution-oriented mentality, and great analytical skills
* Able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
* Capable of identifying business opportunities & market gaps
* Ambition to stay and grow with the company long term
* A flare for sales and negotiation
* An understanding of Recruitment
