Job Overview
The role is within Engenharia e Serviços ao Cliente, under Engenharia de Transporte e Infra. The employee will plan and deploy new technologies, craft network plans and provide installation, repair and maintenance for B2B & B2C fixed, mobile and TV lines.
Responsibilities and Assignments
Execute physical installation of requested services (telephone line, broadband, subscription TV), including cabinet connection, and repair of line/data/TV faults with quality and timeliness.
Comply with the Occupational Health & Safety Management System requirements and participate in health & safety programs.
Work with network implementation teams for external optical network, ensuring proper completion and configuration of broadband, voice and subscription TV services.
Requirements and Qualifications
High‑school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license, category B (active & definitive).
Manual/technical skills with tools, wires, sockets and electricity.
Experience in customer service.
Ability to work at heights and near electrical lines.
Computer literacy: Windows and Office suite.
Availability for short trips.
Self‑discipline and proactive attitude.
