The ideal candidate will possess a background in full-cycle recruiting or human resources roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing environments. They will be responsible for strategic recruitment operations and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior executives.
* Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team.
* Analyze operational data and identify trends.
* Influence and guide the team towards achieving delivery goals.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
